Caught between a high-pressure system over Western Europe and a low-pressure system over the Baltic States, the Alpine region is experiencing a strong and partly humid north-westerly flow.
The mountains are bathed in sunshine, with wispy clouds drifting above the summits.

A high-pressure system is bringing a sunny and hot summer’s day.
Plenty of sunshine across all mountain ranges; only in the morning might a few clouds appear, particularly in the north.

On Saturday morning, there will be widespread sunshine, whilst a few thunderstorms are likely to develop in the afternoon. Sunday will be sunny, stable and hot once again. The sunny weather will continue on Monday as well.
