Family Holidays at Ortler Ski Arena

The 15 ski areas that comprise Ortler Ski Arena are perfect for a family holiday in winter. Ortler offers many wide runs that are not too steep and very manageable for families – runs that offer plenty to enjoy day after day. Because of excellent infrastructure and the fact that there are not long queues at the lifts, the family ski areas of the Ortler Ski Arena have many popular and award-winning ski kindergartens as well as ski lodges with spacious sun terrace and children's menus. This enables parents and children alike to enjoy a South Tyrol skiing holiday to the fullest.

The 900-metre-long run starts at an elevation of 2,400 metres and leads down to Furkelhütte Restaurant at 2,250 metres. Not only from the run but also from the terrace of the lodge itself, winter hikers can enjoy spectacular views of the Ortler Mountains and their highest summit, Mount Ortler.
