Conditions in the mountains are changeable. Around midday, as the weather system passes through, there will be a few showers and even some thunderstorms. Things will clear up again as the afternoon progresses.

Further south, the weather is expected to remain fairer. On Friday, the sun will shine across much of the region, with only a few harmless clouds in the sky. Saturday will start off sunny. As the day progresses, some larger cumulus clouds will form and the likelihood of thunderstorms will increase in places.
