Weather in the mountains
A strong northerly current will cause humid air masses to accumulate along the main alpine crest. The air will become drier towards the south.
It is windy and cold on the mountains. Clouds often obstruct visibility on the main alpine crest and a few snow showers may spread from North Tyrol. The sun is often shining in the southern mountain ranges.

The weather in South Tyrol will be characterised by high pressure and Föhn.
On the main alpine crest there will initially be some residual cloudiness. Elsewhere the weather will be very sunny for the entire day. Windy and relatively cold weather.
