Alternating sunshine and clouds. Towards the south, there will be more sunshine, while the border ridge will be covered in thick cloud. The Föhn wind will blow in the Vinschgau and upper Eisack valley.
Temperatures
Morning temperatures will be around or just above freezing, rising during the day to between 9° in the Gadertal and 16° in the Unterland.

Weather in the mountains
A northwesterly upper-level flow will bring moist Atlantic air towards the northern side of the Alps. South Tyrol will lie in the lee of the Alps and remain slightly favoured.
The weather will be fairly sunny in the southern mountain ranges. There will be more clouds with a some snowflakes on the border ridge.
Mountain weather tomorrow
North-westerly currents will persist at high altitudes in the Alps. The Föhn will continue to blow on the southern side.
On the border ridge, the sky will be very cloudy or overcast with precipitation, especially in the Zillertal Alps. The snow line will rise to around 1800 m. In the south, there will be no precipitation with clear skies. Strong to very strong north-westerly winds.

On Wednesday, after the local fog clears, the weather will be very sunny with mostly clear skies. Thursday will also be sunny with some high clouds and spring-like temperatures. No significant changes are expected on Friday: the sun will shine all day long. Saturday is also expected to be clear or slightly cloudy.
