A westerly upper-level flow will continue to carry moist, unstable air masses towards the Alps.
In the mountains, the clouds will tend to clear, giving way to sunshine. Thunderstorms are likely this afternoon and this evening.
Mountain weather tomorrow
More stable air masses will reach the alpine region.
Conditions in the mountains will be stable during the day, with plenty of sunshine. It is not until Friday night that the likelihood of thunderstorms will increase again.
